Our garnet sand goes through crushing,washing,magnetic separation,drying and screening production procedures.

5.Garnet sand appliacation
 

Cleaning of rolling scale and welding in steels.

Thanks to its high density and hardness , it is one of the most effective abrasives in the cleaning of steel welds. It is also used for descaling work .

 

Blasting of surfaces in the NAVAL Industry , to prepare the surfaces prior to the application of paint.

With the sand of garnet a surface finish of Sa3 is achieved , with a very good roughness, to facilitate the anchoring of paints and coatings . The hardness and grain shape of the garnet are exceptional to create a surface for good adhesion.

1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most. 
We can also pakage according to costomers' requirements.
