1.Product Introduction of  silicon carbide powder  

• To get silicon carbide powder,the mixed powder is made of carbon powder and silicon powder according to the molar ratio of 1:1.
• The grinding ball and powder are sealed in argon tank at the mass ratio of 40:1, and the mechanical ball milling is carried out on the ball mill.
• After 25 hours, the silicon carbide powder with an average grain size of about 6nm was obtained.
• Accroding to the color of powder, it  can be devided into black silicon powder and green silicon powder.
