Flashing plate used in  ball processing machine, for de-flashing operation

The flashing plates ( or called rill plates) are made of cast iron by standard EXB6045-1999, hardness 470-520HB

outside dia: 400--1000mm
inside dia:200--400mm
thickness: 80mm--100mm
gap size: according to users' requirement
